In our renowned gourmet restaurant, “le jardin”, our team will spoil you with modern, light cuisine. A bistro menu, offered alongside the main restaurant menu, features regional specialities and delicacies, and is ideal for our hotel guests as well as those with a smaller appetite or limited time.
Strategically
situated at the St. Ingbert West exit near the Frankfurt –
Saarbrücken – Paris motorway (and vice versa), it is an ideal
stop-off and overnight accommodation for business travellers and tourists. The well-
run in-house restaurant, named ‘Jardin’ (French for ‘garden’)
, is also a popular destination for diners. The local
Rotarians meet here, and both Chancellor Helmut Kohl and
SPD party leader Sigmar Gabriel have been guests here.
At present, the kitchen offers only a small menu. ‘Bistro dishes’ featuring various
salads, goat’s cheese crostini, rump steaks and fried chicken breast are also on the menu and are served in the bar or, on
lovely summer evenings, on the garden terrace.
The
building, built in the 1960s and
privately owned, also provides the ideal setting for celebrations, weddings, seminars and conferences
. It has its own multi-storey car park, which
guests can use free of charge. Several function rooms are
available. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the
breakfast offers a wide variety of choices; the local Saarbrücker
Zeitung and the Frankfurter Allgemeine are available for your daily reading.
