Trail marking around Dalem

About 80% of the trail leads over field, forest, and meadow paths, often consisting only of narrow footpaths. On the heights, especially on Römerstraße, you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views, on clear days as far as the Vosges in Alsace and the Palatinate Forest. In the lower areas, streams have carved deep gorges into the Buntsandstein, leaving behind wild romantic landscapes.

The hike through "Flürches Klamm", "Hahner Klamm", and "Dalheimer Klamm in Almend" is thus an experience for every nature lover but also presents some challenges. At one point, the riverbank is crossed on stepping stones, and on the other side, steps lead upwards.
