"From the region, for the region" is the motto of the Bliesgau shelf. Many members of the Bliesgau Genuss e. V. association have come together to jointly market their products such as Bliesgau apple juice, jams, sausage specialities, cereals, honey, oils, vinegars, mustard, liqueurs and schnapps.
The products are all made in our region. Many of the products are also labelled with the Bioland, Demeter or EU organic seal. The Bliesgau products can be found on the shelves, which were specially made from local wood, in many shops in the corresponding product range.
Anyone who buys these products is not only doing something good for themselves, but also for the Bliesgau biosphere reserve region: they support value creation in the region and help to protect the environment thanks to short transport routes.
