In 1904, Jakob Mischo, the family's first master baker, laid the foundation stone for the bakery in Gersheim, which is located in the heart of the Bliestal biosphere. Today, in the fourth generation, brothers Thomas and David Mischo, known as the BrotsBrüder, are continuing this legacy with exceptional dedication and passion.
