Characteristic of this circular route are the three enchanted “Gardens with History,” which want to be discovered. The tour starts at the station in Blieskastel-Lautzkirchen on the "Adebartour" towards Kirkel. The route passes small settlements by forests and leads to the well-signposted "Sieben-Weihertour" to the Glashütter Pond and Wombacher Pond at the Gustav-Clauss-Anlage, the “green lung” of St. Ingbert – the first "Garden with History." Various rest spots by the ponds as well as cafés and restaurants in the pedestrian zone of St. Ingbert invite you to linger. After a stop at the Anlage, the route continues to the next “Garden with History” – the Elstersteinpark. The bike tour leads past the Elstersteinpark retirement home further to the Gustav-Clauss-Anlage and through the pedestrian zone of St. Ingbert to the center of Rentrisch. From here, there is an option to shorten the tour by about 8 km. The route then goes through Rentrisch and the "Sieben-Weihertour" through the forest to St. Ingbert-Sengscheid. Those who do not want to take this shortcut continue the tour to Saarbrücken-Schafbrücke and via the "velo-vis-à-vis route" to Sengscheid. From there the "Sieben-Weihertour" leads via St. Ingbert-Reichenbrunn and Oberwürzbach to the idyllic Würzbacher Pond – the last "Garden with History." Several resting opportunities invite you to "refuel" there. A beer garden by the pond, the Café am See, the Würzbacher station, and the Annahof are popular addresses. The tour finally ends back at Lautzkirchen station via Blieskastel-Niederwürzbach and Lautzkirchen.

Route description:
Start at the station in Blieskastel-Lautzkirchen – continue on the "Adebartour" to Kirkel - after crossing the B40 and the railway line, turn left, follow the bike path to the end - at the junction turn right onto the "Sieben-Weihertour," past Glashütter Pond, Wombacher Pond to the Gustav-Clauss-Anlage in St. Ingbert - at the playground, exit the park on the right at the end, always uphill to the hospital (Jägerstraße, Am Alten Friedhof, Behringstraße always northbound) – first cross the parking lot, then Elversberger Str. - the retirement home and DRK spa are located in the middle of Elstersteinpark - back to the retirement home, take the foot/bike path parallel to the street downhill - cross the pedestrian crossing into Johannisstraße up to the Gustav-Clauss-Anlage - there take the bike path to the right through the pedestrian zone of St. Ingbert to the center of Rentrisch* - continue straight ahead, past the waterworks, street “Am Bartenberg,” to Schafbrücke - after the old indoor pool follow the main road to the left, under the railway line, briefly right into Kaiserstraße, then left into Grumbachtalweg - follow the Velo-vis-à-vis path to Sengscheid - there half-right follow the main road - after leaving the village, cross the country road and enter the forest path opposite - the "Sieben-Weihertour" leads via Reichenbrunn and Oberwürzbach to Würzbacher Pond - cross the two bridges on the left, pass Annahof, circle the pond - at the end of the pond, before the railway line, turn left, over Würzbachhallenstraße, Bezirksstraße following the Velo-vis-à-vis, over Breitermühle - Lautzkirchen back to Blieskastel-Lautzkirchen.
* There is an option to shorten about 8 km by turning left in the center of Rentrisch following the 7-Weihertour, crossing the main road, and going directly through the forest to Sengscheid.
