The ninth and final stage of the Bliessteig starts in Höchen. It goes steeply uphill via a farm road towards Höcherberg. After 1.2 km, the highest point of the Bliessteig is reached. Here you can take a break at the Höcherberghaus guesthouse or climb the Höcherbergturm. Here you have a great view over the region. Then it goes slightly downhill through the forest via forest paths to the rehabilitation center of Münchwies, where the route turns left.
Via paths and forest trails, the Bliessteig continues downhill past the cemetery, across the main road, and through the forest. The route passes by Frankenholz next to various springs and brooks. After the Steinberghütte, it continues past the Hollerbrunnen, where the Bliessteig turns left, follows the forest edge, and eventually leads into the forest. The hiking trail leads through the valley into the town and finally to the end point at the Kultur station Bexbach.
The Bliessteig was awarded Germany's most beautiful hiking trail in the multi-day tour category by the renowned hiking magazine in 2025.

After 1.2 km, the highest point of the Bliessteig is reached. Here you can take a break at the Höcherberghaus guesthouse or climb the Höcherbergturm. From here you have a great view of the region. Then it goes slightly downhill through the forest via forest paths to the rehabilitation center of Münchwies, where the route continues left. Via paths and forest trails, the Bliessteig continues downhill past the cemetery, across the main road and through the forest. The route passes by Frankenholz, passes various springs and brooks, until the Steinberghütte is visible at the forest edge. It passes by this to the Hollerbrunnen, where the Bliessteig turns left, follows the forest edge, and finally leads into the forest. Narrow paths lead to a pond, which is half circled, until it goes past the Süßhübelstraße near the residential area to the Waldaue. Through the valley, the signposting leads into the town and finally to the end point at the Kultur station Bexbach.
