Modern holiday flat to let in a quiet location on the edge of the woods!
Located in one of the best residential areas in Kirkel-Neuhäusel, we are offering our flat for holiday stays, workers on temporary assignments and those passing through. Our holiday flat may also be of interest to visitors to the MediClin Kurklinik Blieskastel or Homburg University Hospital, as we are only 5–10 km away. You can park directly at the house in a parking space (on the right). Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. Our flat is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. There is a children’s playground in the immediate vicinity, situated on the edge of a woodland area with restricted traffic. Thanks to its location right on the edge of the woodland, you can explore the many cycling and walking trails directly. (Information material is available for you.)
A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total price.
Check-in from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Check-out by 11 am.
Keys will be handed over in person on arrival. Or via a key safe.
Pets are not permitted.
