In 1904,
Jakob Mischo, the family's first master baker, laid the foundation stone
for the bakery in Gersheim, which is located in the heart of the
Bliestal biosphere. Today, in the fourth generation, brothers Thomas and
David Mischo, known as the BrotsBrüder, continue this legacy with
exceptional dedication and passion. This is always done in line with
family values and the timeless art of traditional baking.
The range includes not only traditional recipes, but also innovative
creations that have established the name Mischo as a synonym for
handmade and natural baked goods far beyond the borders of the Blies
Valley. With every product, be it a traditional Saarland masterpiece or a
modern interpretation from the world of baking, special emphasis is
placed on attention to detail, the use of homemade sourdough and the
