Nature guide Angela Bloedorn
Tours and workshops in the Bliesgau Biosphere Reserve focusing on wild plants and herbs and mindfulness
About me:
I was very fortunate to grow up surrounded by nature lovers. My family and I regularly went on trips into the countryside, where we children discovered the diversity of the plant and animal world and experienced it with all our senses. We learned to appreciate and respect nature, and also how important it is to live in harmony with it.
Since training as a medicinal plant expert over 10 years ago, I have been working freelance, specialising in teaching about wild plants, wild herbs, general nature knowledge and relaxation methods in nature. I have continuously expanded my knowledge through further training, workshops and exchanges with other nature enthusiasts. During this time, I have also been able to share my experiences and my passion for nature with numerous people.
For me, the biosphere means...
A place of encounter where humans and nature grow together respectfully. A sensitive mirror that reflects our interaction with habitats and drives us to act prudently.
My insider tip in the Bliesgau Biosphere...
the magnificent, venerable pear tree in Wolfersheim; a wonderful place of power.
